3. Subscription Plans & Pricing

We offer three subscription tiers:

• Basic — $0.00 / month
• Premium — $9.99 / month
• Business — $19.99 / month

All paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the period ends.

5. Refund Policy

All charges are non-refundable except where required by law. Partial-month refunds are not issued. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@neighborhoodalpha.com within 7 days of the charge.

6. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed real estate professional or business entity to use paid features.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe third-party rights, reverse engineer our platform, or resell access without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Market data and analytics are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial or real estate advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeighborhoodAlpha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
